Tracy has been helping clients achieve successful sales and communications outcomes through advertising and marketing solutions for over 35 years. He was the founding principal and managing partner of Niemczyk Hoffmann Group for 22 years before transitioning the agency to a niche market publications development company. These experiences have led Tracy to blend sales, marketing and creative development strategies into innovative publications management opportunities for associations and organizations. He works with clients to help them build stronger foundations to advertiser supported publications.
Linda is an accomplished marketing manager who brings over 30 years of experience to Hoffmann Publishing. She brings marketing management, event planning, logistics support and HR skills to the team. Linda is responsible for managing the daily operations of the firm, including AR/AP and resource allocation.
Regional Media Sales Executive
Alicia is a seasoned sales executive with a proven track record, bringing over five years of sales and marketing experience to Hoffmann Publishing. Prior to joining Hoffmann in 2013, Alicia served as an automotive sales advisor for one of the region’s premier auto dealerships. She manages the media sales and account service activities for many of our Greater Reading area clients, focusing primarily on Women2Women, West Reading Avenues and the Medical Record. She earned a BA in communications from Kutztown University.
SVP, Regional Media Sales
Sherry brings vast experience to the region with over 20 years of sales and marketing knowledge, having served as Sr. Account Executive for Susquehanna Style Magazine for 13 years and Account Executive for Benchmark Group Media.
Sherry has developed profitable sales and marketing strategies through a multi-media platform to help her clients grow their businesses. She loves building long term relationships through her integrity, attention to detail and superior customer service. Sherry received her degree in Business from Wesley College. In her free time, Sherry enjoys spending time with her husband, two year old daughter and her dogs.
Senior Media Account Executive
Joanie is excited to bring her communication and networking skills to Hoffmann Publishing Group. Joanie holds a BA in Mass Communications with a minor in Public Relations from Mansfield University. She currently serves as First Vice President on the Mansfield University Alumni Association board.
Joanie is very active in the Reading community. She has been an Ambassador with the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce since 2008 and chairs the Communications Committee of the Reading Berks chapter of Altrusa International.
Prior to joining Hoffmann, Joanie was the Marketing Manager at the Santander Arena and Performing Arts Center for 10 years.
In her free time, Joanie enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves traveling, shopping and going to the movies.
Director of Media Content
Susan Shelly has joined Hoffmann Publishing Group as Director of Media Content, Contributing Writer. In this role she will organize, manage, develop and coordinate editorial content between our partner associations, contributing authors and design team.
Susan has been a professional writer for more than 30 years, writing for newspapers, colleges and universities, magazines, hospitals, businesses and agencies. She has authored, co-authored or contributed to more than 40 books.
